At Paper Plane Popup, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If your card is damaged or lost in transit, we're happy to offer a refund or a replacement card (if available). Just contact us at hello@paperplanepopup.com and include a photo of the condition the card arrived in.
Please note: Outside of these situations, we’re unable to accommodate refunds or returns at this time.
